The first thing that I'm going to talk about is the requirement for you to release a preliminary notice when the bank shows up with some money to pay you. One of the terms that's been used in the industry is "buying first position", so I'm going to talk about what that all means. The other thing I'm going to talk about is I know that a lot of you are pretty burdened right now with the amount of filing that you need to do in the state construction registry. I know some of you have more jobs than you have the ability to file preliminary notices for, and so you're having to make some decisions on when to file preliminary notices and what not to file preliminary notices. I know that there are some people out there who just aren't doing it at all. We go through and look at the liens that are filed each week, and then we check preliminary notice filings, and frankly, it looks like we're almost to the point now where the majority of people are not filing preliminary notices...
